We have used scrap pieces of beautiful Abraham Moon Wool Tweed for our applique, it was so easy to make and a great way to use up spare fabric, this project would work using any fabric, if you've been on your holidays to Scotland and have scrap bags of beautiful Harris Tweed they would be perfect to use, or if you want to use up cotton fabric that would be equally as good.
This project would also look fabulous as a wall hanging.
