Aerostat Reveillon, steampunk inspired hot air balloon sewing pattern.

Did you know the first ever hot air balloon was called Aerostat Reveillon? That is a little bit of trivia if it ever comes up in a quiz. We initially designed our balloon as a pin cushion, with the basket for storing clips and safety pins etc. On completion we are thrilled with our balloon and think it is a fabulous piece of art, to be displayed prominently in its own right.
