Extremely cute hanging heart which could easily be used as a lavender bag.
This project is perfect for using up scraps, leftovers and remnants.
Alter the design to accommodate the small pieces of fabric you have to hand. We used wool tweed to make our heart although you could use any other suitable fabric, in fact I did make a substitution using a piece of wadding for the snowman and snow!
Our heart has been made as a Christmas decoration and looks beautiful hung in the window however you could easily swap the snowman for something else and make it suitable for all year round.
