Squash! Pumpkin runner also great as a wall hanging. Approx 18" x 27" finished size.
This is an ideal project for beginners who have only a basic knowledge of patchwork and appliqué. My runner comes out every year as the perfect base for my autumn display. We made our runner using British Wool Tweed however the pattern is written to use with most fabrics. The simple appliquéd centre is surrounded by even more simple squares. Simple...but effective!
We have used the pumpkin applique design on several other projects too, if you did this it would really give you value for money from such a seemingly simple pattern.
